Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of brand initiatives, events, and projects from concept through completion.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and on-time execution.
- Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to define project goals, key performance metrics, and success criteria.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Operations, and Community teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track action items to ensure accountability and timely follow-up.
- Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans as needed to maintain project momentum.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and performance metrics to executives and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and reflect brand values, vision, and objectives.
- Lead and mentor Brand Coordinators and supporting staff to enhance performance and professional development.
- Monitor and report on key brand performance indicators, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery.
- Maintain documentation, process standards, and project records in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in brand operations & project management.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing large-scale brand or marketing projects.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing operations, and event execution.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus under pressure.
- Experience building reports and analytics to measure project outcomes preferred.
