About the role
The Studio Coordinator position is responsible for managing studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing support to artists and staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee studio maintenance and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with artists to schedule studio time and manage booking requests.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and communicating with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
