About the role

The Studio Coordinator position is responsible for managing studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing support to artists and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee studio maintenance and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with artists to schedule studio time and manage booking requests.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and communicating with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards.
