Location: Beaverton, Oregon Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $34 - 38 per hour Are you ready to elevate the consumer experience for a global leader in athletic footwear and apparel? As a Senior Retail Merchandising Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner across product, sales, and channel teams to drive end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy and fuel channel growth. This high-visibility role invites you to transform marketplace insights into profitable, consumer-right product assortments. Responsibilities: Architect Go-to-Market category assortment plans to drive profitable revenue and market differentiation across key accounts.Leverage consumer insights and marketplace data to optimize product placement, inventory allocation, and channel segmentation.Direct end-to-end merchandising strategies from concept vision to retail floor execution to maximize category performance.Collaborate with cross-functional product, merchandising, and sales teams to resolve pricing, flow, and distribution challenges. Qualifications: 5+ years of strategic merchandising and assortment planning experience within retail or wholesale environments.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized retail visual tools such as Assort Visual (AV).Proven track record of executing channel-level product allocation and translating complex market data into actionable strategies.Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional internal stakeholders effectively.
