About the Role
Aeroflow Health is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support consumer marketing, referral growth, and brand engagement initiatives for the Mom & Baby division. This role will report to the Brand Marketing Manager and support the execution of brand campaigns, influencer and creator programs, referral growth initiatives, provider marketing efforts, and community-building activities that help strengthen the brand and drive business growth. Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns in partnership with the Brand Marketing Manager, ensuring all creative assets, timelines, and deliverables are aligned across social and digital channels. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to help optimize results and inform future initiatives.
- Assist with sourcing, vetting, and executing partnerships with influencers and content creators; oversee the briefing process to ensure high-quality User Generated Content (UGC) that aligns with brand standards.
- Repost and create content for social media outside of core channels. Assist with organizing content calendar, scheduling, copywriting, and light design work leveraging Canva.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our brand ambassador and affiliate programs, fostering relationships with partners and optimizing performance to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Support provider referral and field marketing initiatives through coordination of communications, educational materials, promotional toolkits, and outreach efforts that help strengthen relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.
- Act as the librarian of the brand’s creative library, ensuring all photography, video, and design assets are organized, up-to-date, and accessible to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the team to help inform strategy and maintain our competitive edge.
- Serve as a key execution partner to the Brand Marketing Manager by coordinating cross-functional initiatives, maintaining project plans, proactively identifying risks or dependencies, and ensuring deadlines are met across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to new brand initiatives, special projects, and evolving priorities across the Brand Marketing function.
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality. Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing or agency account management.
- 4-year degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience executing marketing assets or campaigns.
- Experience with B2B marketing support or event logistics is a major plus.
- Ability to come into the Aeroflow Health headquarters at least twice per year for onsite planning sessions.

- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and brand voice; ability to give constructive feedback on creative content.
- Eye for design with ability to create new content leveraging existing templates and brand standards.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills for partnering with influencers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Comfortable analyzing social metrics to determine what’s working and where to pivot.
- Self-organized, with the ability to multitask, problem solve, and willingness to learn.
- Passion for consumer brands, motherhood, healthcare, or community-driven marketing.
- Initiative, passion, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and a high level of ownership.
