Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well-resourced, delivered on time, and within budget.
- Drive ongoing communication and coordination across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth information exchange throughout the lifecycle of each campaign.
- Lead efficient meetings to facilitate collaboration, ensure alignment, and keep teams focused on key deliverables and objectives.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks in projects and programs, providing context, impact analysis, and actionable recommendations for mitigation.
- Prioritize tasks and initiatives with a laser focus on critical path activities to ensure timely progress and successful outcomes.
- Anticipate changes, prepare contingency plans, and maintain momentum on projects to ensure continuous progress and successful delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working on a marketing or design team, with a proven track record of supporting and executing complex, multi-stakeholder brand or marketing initiatives from kickoff to launch.
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency across all aspects of campaign delivery.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage and prioritize multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable with change and ambiguity, adapting quickly and proactively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Curious and solution-oriented, with a continuous drive to learn, solve problems, and improve processes.
