Responsibilities

  • Build Integrated Campaigns: Design and execute impactful, content-first brand campaigns across social, digital, in-app, PR, partnerships, experiential, and influencer channels.
  • Write Creative Briefs & Positioning: Craft exceptional brand positioning, creative briefs, and marketing plans that connect cultural moments directly to the Acorns brand mission.
  • Execute End-to-End: Own the campaign lifecycle from original ideation through execution and post-launch optimization, ensuring total precision in delivery.
  • Leverage Emerging AI Tools: Proactively integrate AI tools and workflows into the creative development process to scale content production, increase campaign agility, and explore innovative storytelling mediums.
  • Manage Agencies & Partners: Confidently represent the Brand Marketing team with external agencies, creators, and internal leadership, successfully navigating legal and compliance requirements.
  • Drive Creator Marketing: Support full-funnel creator and influencer marketing strategies from high-level brand awareness down to conversion-driven demand.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, branded content programs, or influencer/creator management.
  • Proven track record of executing multi-channel, social-first integrated campaigns from the ground up.
  • Impeccable strategic judgment and a deep understanding of internet culture, social trends, and community building.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to seamlessly collaborate with creative, legal, compliance, and agency relationships.
  • Thirst for delivering game-changing products and campaigns that redefine how families look after their financial wellness.
  • Exceptional drive and precision in delivery, with the agility to project manage and prioritize under tight timelines.

Pay

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $142,000 and $155,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity grants, and discretionary cash bonus awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave).

Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA.
