Brand Marketing Manager
Overview
The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and management of brand marketing initiatives across Fortified Brands and its portfolio of business units. This role is responsible for ensuring brand consistency, managing internal and external creative resources, supporting new business acquisitions, and helping position each business unit for long-term growth and scalability.
This position works cross-functionally with leadership, product management, sales, operations, ecommerce, and agency partners to develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns, manage assets, and maintain brand standards across multiple businesses and product categories.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, creative, and comfortable managing multiple brands, vendors, deadlines, and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Help drive and maintain brand strategy, messaging, and visual consistency across Fortified Brands and its business units.
Lead and support the development and execution of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content.
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and creative partners while helping ensure projects remain on brand, on schedule, and within budget.
Support website, social media, email, and digital marketing initiatives across multiple business units.
Assist with marketing integration efforts related to acquisitions, asset management, and business transitions.
Cook up cross-functional marketing projects and help manage workflows, timelines, and priorities.
Support trade shows, customer programs, events, and other company marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership, sales, product management, and external partners to support business objectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role will not have any direct reports but may have the opportunity to grow in supervisory responsibility over time.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing management, or creative project management.
Experience managing multiple brands or business units preferred.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative development, and marketing execution.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
Hightly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment managing multiple priorities.
Creative, strategic thinker balanced with operational discipline and strong execution skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong collaborator who can work across departments and leadership levels.
Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing platforms.
Tradeshow, event, or B2B marketing experience preferred.
Experience supporting acquisitions and integrations a plus.
