Position Summary
We're looking for a Brand Manager to join the Welch's team supporting the Sparkling Juice portfolio. You will be responsible for strategic direction, cross-functional team leadership, overall performance, competitive analysis, product, price, promotions, and new product development.
Where You’ll Work
This role will be based out of our Waltham, MA headquarters. Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Fridays being remote, flex days.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the overall strategic direction for the Sparkling Juice platform and communicate priorities broadly across the organization.
- Execute and evolve the three-year growth roadmap for Sparkling Juice, including core portfolio strategy, seasonal activation, innovation, and channel expansion.
- Formulate short-term and long-term business objectives, collaborating closely with internal teams and agencies to effectively execute plans across key consumption occasions.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and shopper programs that strengthen Welch's role in celebratory non-alcoholic beverages, drive household penetration, improve velocity, and increase repeat purchase.
- Oversee monthly business reporting, P&Ls, and forecasts, adjusting plans, programs, and activities as needed to ensure the platform meets profit, volume, and net sales growth targets.
- Track competitive activity across sparkling juice, non-alcoholic celebratory beverages, mocktails, premium juice, and adjacent beverage categories; develop game plans and contingencies to protect marketplace position and mitigate threats.
- Partner with Sales, Category Management, Finance, and external partners to develop compelling sell-in stories, commercialization plans, and executional support for key customers and channels.
- Effectively lead cross-functional teams and provide a leadership voice to bring teams along relative to organizational priorities and initiatives.

What You’ll Need
- BS/BA required. Business, Marketing or related field preferred. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience developing and commercializing new products and platforms.
- CPG industry experience strongly preferred, specifically in Food and Beverage.
