Brand Manager I - Breathe Right
Job Summary
This position leads and manages the Breathe Right brand within a fast-paced, small, entrepreneurial environment emphasizing collaborative teamwork.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
Brand Plan Development - Support the creation of a plan to achieve company targets, including advertising, promotions, and research. Collaborate with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results.
Social & PR Leadership - Manage social media strategy, content development, and measurement; lead PR activations including influencer/creator relationships, partnerships, and events.
Owned Channels - Lead updates to the brand website; serve as the brand lead for ecommerce content updates.
Program Management & Execution - Manage the day-to-day logistics of brand programs including consumer promotions and other activations. Own timeline management, budget, and program analysis.
New Product Development - Support innovation launch readiness, retail sell-in, and post-launch tracking.
Market Analysis - Own consumption-based data analysis for the brand. Provide insight and support to the enterprise to better understand market trends and dynamics. Identify opportunities in markets with unmet needs.
Business Forecasting/Results - Own A&P management and forecast. Support volume forecasting in partnership with brand director, sales, finance, and demand planning to generate accurate volume forecasts.
Sales - Partner with the sales organization to develop presentation materials for retailer presentations using category management best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure compliant and effective execution.
Agency Management - Lead relationships with external agencies across social, PR, and consumer promotions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
Deep knowledge and experience in social media, creator partnerships, and social commerce.
Intellectual curiosity and continuous learning.

Compensation Range
$130,000 - $150,000.00
