About the role
Hendrick’s Gin has revolutionized the Gin category by creating the super-premium Gin segment with its delightfully peculiar brand and its deep connection to craft cocktail mixology. The Brand Manager will play a key role in further accelerating growth by bringing Hendrick’s distinctive brand world to more consumers. This unique role offers general management experience and go-to-market experience within a Global Brand operating framework.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of brand strategy and drive growth of Hendrick’s through excellent marketing execution.
- Lead or support key programs, including but not limited to creative development; PR/influencer/experiential programs; shopper and eCommerce programs; media planning and social media.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, evaluate strategies, and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of brand management experience at a world-class CPG company or alcohol beverage company, ideally both.
- Demonstrated track record of leading projects from strategy to execution to evaluation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, lead agencies, and manage global and commercial stakeholders.
- A strong knowledge of culture and social media culture.

Pay
The salary range for this role, based out of the NYC office, is $107,000 – $130,000.
