About the Role
The Brand Campaign Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing integrated brand and marketing campaigns from approved strategy through launch, reporting, and ongoing optimization. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, creative teams, vendors, and agency partners to manage campaign execution, maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, monitor campaign performance, and support integrated marketing initiatives. The position also ensures projects remain aligned with established timelines, brand standards, and business objectives while identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through performance insights, audience feedback, and emerging marketing trends.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Coordination: Manage the day-to-day execution of campaign plans from strategic brief through launch and final reporting. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, communications, and project milestones to keep initiatives on schedule. Support campaign launch activities by ensuring all required materials, resources, and communications are prepared and distributed. Gather, organize, and maintain campaign assets, approvals, supporting documentation, and related content.
Creative & Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and agency partners to develop and deliver campaign assets. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints. Review campaign assets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established brand standards. Support integrated marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Brand and Communications leadership team.
Campaign Performance & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and assist with campaign optimization based on early results. Collect and organize campaign metrics and audience feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Maintain awareness of brand standards, audience needs, and industry trends to improve campaign effectiveness. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign management.
At least 2 years of experience working with agencies or creative teams.
Strong understanding of creative processes and experience collaborating with design, content, and digital teams.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound practical judgment.
Experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, enhance content development, support campaign execution, and increase operational efficiency.
Prior experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience coordinating work across internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and external partners.
Knowledge of integrated marketing principles and campaign execution best practices.
Familiarity with campaign performance metrics, reporting, and campaign analysis.
Proven ability to remain positive and productive in challenging situations.

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation
$73,000 - $78,000 annually
