Brand Designer - Employer Branding (Remote)

Location: Telecommute Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $30 - 36 per hour Are you ready to shape the visual identity of one of the world's largest retail leaders? We are seeking a consultative Senior Brand Designer to partner with our Employer Brand strategy team to design scalable, high-impact assets that drive talent acquisition and elevate regional and global storytelling. In this high-visibility role, you will evolve our visual asset library and translate high-level strategic direction into cohesive, cross-channel candidate experiences. Responsibilities: Design logos, icons, badges, and visual marks that support our Employer Brand.Create merchandise concepts such as pins, patches, stickers, apparel graphics, and other branded items.Expand and evolve our Employer Brand visual asset library.Develop illustrations, patterns, textures, and supporting graphics.Create assets for presentations, recruiting events, social media, career sites, and marketing campaigns.Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines while helping establish a distinct Employer Brand identity.Prepare production-ready files for print and digital applications.Collaborate closely with Employer Brand strategy, recruitment marketing, and enterprise creative partners.Iterate quickly based on feedback while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Conceptualize and execute dynamic visual assets, logos, and custom merchandise to elevate overall employer brand recognition across global talent touchpoints.Develop scalable visual design systems, illustrations, and digital assets to drive candidate engagement across career sites, social media, and recruitment marketing campaigns.Collaborate as a consultative partner with enterprise strategy teams to ensure all creative assets align seamlessly with corporate brand guidelines and identity standards.Prepare production-ready assets across print and digital media to optimize design workflows and streamline multi-channel executions. Qualifications: 3-7 years of professional graphic design and brand identity experience, backed by a strong portfolio demonstrating custom iconography, typography, and visual systems.Advanced expertise in industry-standard design tools, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.Proven track record of producing polished, high-volume marketing assets while managing multiple end-to-end design initiatives in a dynamic environment.Strong collaborative communication skills and a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
