About the role

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and storytelling for integrated campaigns, bringing groundbreaking ideas to life with precision and impact. You will collaborate with a high-performance creative team, contributing your unique craft and passion to inspire and connect with millions worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on design execution for global brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
  • Support creative leadership in developing campaign look and feel.
  • Create high-quality visual assets across digital, editorial, and presentation formats.
  • Translate strategic creative direction into polished, production-ready design work.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including design, narrative, production, and marketing.
  • Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Maintain consistency and excellence across all visual outputs.
  • Stay current on trends across design, fashion, film, sport, culture, and technology.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand design, art direction, or integrated creative design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Keynote, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating craft excellence, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working across campaigns, identity systems, or multi-channel creative work.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative thinking.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in typography, layout, composition, and visual systems.
  • Proven ability in campaign and storytelling design execution.
  • Experience with digital and editorial design across multiple formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and craft precision.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in global consumer brands or agency environments.
  • Exposure to motion design, photography direction, or identity systems.
  • Strong interest in sport, culture, fashion, and contemporary design trends.
