About the role
The Brand Design Lead will own the visual execution of PandaDoc's brand across key brand moments such as out-of-home, events, integrated campaigns, and the big creative swings that define how the market sees PandaDoc.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand campaigns: Concept, design, and art direct across a broad range of channels and mediums, ensuring the visual direction for campaigns from brief through final delivery.
- Collaborate with copywriters, video and motion creatives, and marketing stakeholders to bring integrated ideas to life.
- Contribute to visual identity: Partner with Brand Studio leadership on the evolution of PandaDoc's visual identity, including typography, color, composition, photography direction, and design system guardrails.
- Maintain quality and consistency: Review brand creative across the team and ensure everything going out the door reflects the standard being built toward.
- Build AI-powered design processes: Identify and implement AI tools that increase design output and creative velocity, from automating repetitive production tasks to exploring generative tools that accelerate concepting and iteration.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of brand or visual design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong campaign concepting and execution.
- Proven experience designing across a broad range of channels and placements — print media, OOH, digital, events, paid social, brand campaigns, and more.
- Strong visual sensibility — you can direct photography, establish tone, and give feedback that makes work sharper.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
- Expertise with design systems and brand governance — you've helped evolve a visual identity, not just execute within one.
- Proficiency in AI design tools and the ability to apply them to real production workflows — accelerating output without compromising craft.
- Proficiency in digital user experiences — landing pages, web, email.
- Experience working in-house at a B2B SaaS or tech company (agency experience considered with strong brand portfolio).
