Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain communications standards ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and voice across all platforms.
- Lead the development of thought leadership content, executive bios, articles, and strategic company messaging.
- Manage the creation and distribution of press releases, company announcements, client-facing newsletters and external communication.
- Direct the development of post content and creative assets that support the company’s social media strategy including maintaining a content calendar.
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements that increase audience reach and effectiveness for social media and communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize communications initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Coach and develop communications team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or content marketing.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience developing thought leadership content, executive communications, and public-facing articles.
- Experience managing corporate social media platforms and content strategies.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and brand voice management.
- Understanding of newsletter platforms, email marketing tools, and content analytics.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, interviewing, and collaboration skills.
- Construction or Real Estate industry experience a plus.
