Brand Communications and Content Specialist

Location: Bowling Green, KY – Onsite

Pay Range: $26/hr

About the role

Create engaging content including videos, photos, and simple design assets that highlight the Bowling Green Assembly story across various channels. Manage the production of leadership and team videos, event footage, plant b-roll, and evergreen content for multiple media outlets. Maintain and enhance a shared library of assets such as b-roll, stills, graphics, and presentation decks for quick and effective media use. Support and improve visitor experiences by modernizing visuals, creating mementos, and capturing compelling stories during plant tours and events. Develop content tailored for employee apps and digital channels, utilizing feedback and metrics to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content including videos, photos, and simple design assets for various channels.
• Manage production of leadership and team videos, event footage, plant b-roll, and evergreen content.
• Maintain and enhance a shared library of assets (b-roll, stills, graphics, presentation decks).

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, storytelling, or multimedia production.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain project folders, trackers, and workflows.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with adaptability to fast-paced environments and last-minute changes.
• Proficiency in digital content development and basic design tools.
