Brand Ambassador TN – Consumer Electronics Retailer Continuity Program

About the Role

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

Training

Training is required, paid, and conducted live virtually. Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day). Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

What You'll Do

One 1-hour in-store visit (in priority order):

• Engage shoppers about the brand's flagship product line
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays (reference photos provided)
• Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training)
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s)
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks)
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted)

Compensation

• $24.00/hr
• Paid training
• Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing
