Brand Ambassador - Strip District

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our team at the Strip District location. The ideal candidate will embody the Steel City brand, provide exceptional customer service, assist guests in finding and styling products, and engage with the local community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Embody the Steel City brand
• Assist guests in styling, product selection, and fit guidance
• Maintain visual standards and restock product daily
• Engage with the local community and share brand knowledge confidently
• Support store events, promotions, and social media initiatives

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and demonstrate authentic communication
• A passion for Pittsburgh culture and the Steel City brand
• Prior retail or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Flexible availability: 5-15 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

Pay
