Brand Ambassador - Sales Demonstrator

Job Summary

Breeder’s Choice Pet Foods, LLC is seeking Brand Ambassadors to engage customers and educate consumers about their pet food and product brands. The position involves working weekends, interacting with pets, and increasing awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• Stays informed about Breeder’s Choice Pet Foods’ brands, products, advantages, nutritional values, quality, and commitment to pets.
• Set up tables with product information, brochures, samples, and coupons at stores and event venues.
• Engage in conversations and provide information to customers and event participants about their pets' needs.
• Help customers find suitable products from Breeder’s Choice product lines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Interest in pets and access to a reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Able to work weekends.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to interact with pets and meet new people.
• Willingness to drive to stores and events in designated sales territory.
• Ability to increase sales and interests in brands and products.
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively.
• Empathy for animals, especially if a dog or cat owner.
• Access to a smartphone or tablet for logging time, activities, and taking pictures.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge and experience with pets and pet products.
• Experience in learning about pet nutrition, products, and health.

Work Environment

• Prolonged periods standing and interacting with customers and event participants.
• Requires local travel to pet product stores and pet-related events.
• Requires interaction with dogs and cats at stores and events.
