Brand Ambassador - Ross Park

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to help tell the story of our Ross Park Mall location. The ideal candidate will embody the Steel City brand, deliver outstanding customer service, assist guests in styling and product selection, engage with the local community, and support store events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and embody the Steel City brand
• Assist guests in styling, product selection, and fit guidance
• Maintain visual standards and restock product daily
• Engage with the local community and share brand knowledge confidently
• Support store events, promotions, and social media initiatives

Requirements

• You're friendly, outgoing, and demonstrate authentic communication
• You have a passion for Pittsburgh culture and the Steel City brand
• You have prior retail or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• You have flexible availability 5-15 hours per week, including weekends (and holidays)
