What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers at events to educate them on our beers and the company.
• Set up, break down, and clean pouring stations at event sites.
• Transport and maintain table displays, equipment, and promotional materials.
• Pour beers, hand out promotional materials, and discuss beer characteristics.
• Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times.
• Support sales staff as needed.
• Attend brewery training events to stay current with offerings.
• Perform other business‑related duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school graduate; college degree preferred.
• Passion for the craft‑beer industry and its culture.
• Excellent communication skills, especially public speaking.
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule with notice.
• Certified Cicerone or Certified Beer Server is a plus.
• Willingness to make regular visits to bars, restaurants, stores, and festivals (some outdoors).
• Valid state driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment).
• Ability to lift at least 31.5 lb from ground level to a shelf 50 inches high.
• Ability to move 165 lb of kegged beer by sliding it on the floor.
• Willingness to pass a post‑offer, pre‑employment background and driver’s‑license check.
• Commitment to safety policies, responsible alcohol consumption education, and lawful conduct.
