Brand Ambassador (PT)

Retail Location – On-site, non-exempt role reporting to the Store Leader.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically promote the brand by being an ambassador for Carhartt, ensuring actions align with our corporate mission and values.
• Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Provide a genuine consumer connection by being highly focused on delivering exceptional, engaging, efficient, and personalized experiences while telling the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure product is properly displayed.
• Engage with the team in positive and collaborative ways, bringing your best to work each day.
• Actively participate in performance and talent management processes, including being open to development, training, coaching, and feedback with a proactive focus on performance growth.
• Support leadership by upholding operational standards and working safely, including adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Work as a team member to achieve or exceed the store's total revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities, finding the best solution for each consumer, and driving sales by meeting and exceeding consumer expectations.
• Support execution of community engagement events.
• Assist Store Leaders with ideas to grow brand awareness in the community.
• Take ownership of your own development and professional growth.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and type on a computer.
• Moderate lifting (30-40 lbs).
• Retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• National travel required (up to 5%).

Pay

$18.65 - $20.40 per hour based on experience.
