Brand Ambassador- Part Time
Position Overview
Looking for a high-energy, people-facing role where you can represent a trusted brand and earn great money part-time? Joyce is hiring Brand Ambassadors to support our presence at local events, home shows, and retail activations. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working events, engaging with the public, and creating memorable brand experiences. You'll be the face of Joyce in the field, helping introduce homeowners to our products while driving interest and scheduling consultations. This is a fast-paced, social role where your personality and effort directly impact your success.
Compensation
$17 per hour base rate
Uncapped performance-based bonuses on leads and booked appointments
Average earnings of $20-$25 per hour
What You'll Do
- Represent the Joyce brand at events, festivals, and retail locations
- Engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner
- Promote our products and create interest through conversation
- Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations
- Maintain an organized and inviting booth presence
- Assist with light setup and teardown as needed
- Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
You'll Be a Good Fit If You Have
- Experience in events, promotions, brand ambassador work, or customer-facing roles (preferred, not required)
- A confident, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural ability to engage and connect with new people
- A reliable, professional presence in public-facing environments

- Reliable transportation to event locations
