Responsibilities
- Represent the Renuity brand at local retail stores and community events
- Engage customers face-to-face and promote our home improvement solutions
- Schedule appointments for our design and installation experts
- Receive ongoing coaching to develop your sales and communication skills
- Help homeowners take the first step toward transforming their spaces
Requirements
- 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, service, or sales) preferred—but we welcome motivated beginners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A results-driven mindset with the drive to meet and exceed goals
- A coachable attitude and a passion for learning
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), plus some weekday flexibility
- Reliable transportation for travel to events within the region
