Pay

• Base pay: $18/hr plus commission and performance-based incentives opportunities
• Unlimited earning potential with a competitive commission structure
• Entry-level Sales Development Specialists have the potential to earn up to $60,000 in their first year
• Top performers can earn between $70,000 and $90,000 annually as Retail Sales Associates

About the Role

• Represent Renuity by promoting high-quality products and services to prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events
• Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations highlighting premium products and expert installation services
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales skills and deepen product knowledge
• Leverage this role as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in sales or management

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals
• Collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
• Open to traveling within the local market as needed

Schedule

• Availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities
