Brand Ambassador - Los Angeles, CA
About the role
Join our growing field team as a part-time Brand Ambassador, representing OSEA at retail partners including Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom. We are looking for someone with strong beauty retail experience who is confident on the selling floor, loves skincare, and enjoys connecting with customers and store teams. The ideal candidate has experience in beauty retail, is comfortable driving sales through genuine customer interaction, and can independently support and execute in-store events and activations. They should feel at home in a busy retail environment and be able to quickly build relationships with store leadership and associates. Existing relationships with Ulta Beauty and/or Nordstrom store teams are highly valued.
Someone who is confident, proactive, and comfortable jumping onto the selling floor and connecting with customers. You show up prepared, know how to read a retail environment, and can take ownership of your time in store while still being a collaborative partner to store teams. Most importantly, you love skincare, selling, and creating a great customer experience. You bring warmth, professionalism, and reliability to every store visit.
This position is based in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Los Angeles, CA to perform duties.
