Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in friendly conversations
• Generate interest in our premium window and door solutions
• Schedule qualified in-home consultations
• Educate homeowners about our products and services
• Set up and maintain professional branded displays
• Help drive leads that directly impact company growth

Qualifications

• Love talking to people and meeting new faces
• Confident starting conversations with strangers
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoy a performance-based environment
• Comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next opportunity
• Want your effort to directly impact your paycheck
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• A smartphone
• Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup

Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, and sales experience are all great backgrounds for this role. No experience required—we provide paid training and teach you everything you need to succeed.

Pay

• Guaranteed $20/hour base pay
• Unlimited weekly bonuses for every qualified appointment
• Top performers regularly earn $25–$35+ per hour
• Compensation: $25–$35+ per hour (combination of base pay and performance bonuses). Top performers may earn significantly more.
