About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador on Dephy's Marketing team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Burlington Mall location. You'll spark conversations, educate customers about the science behind the Sidekick ankle exoskeleton, and demonstrate how it supports natural movement. Through hands-on product demonstrations and exceptional customer service, you'll help customers experience the benefits of wearable robotics firsthand while representing the Dephy brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

This is a temporary role (4 weeks) located at our Burlington Mall location, with possibilities for extension based on performance and results. This is not a medical role, and the candidate will need to be comfortable discussing the benefits of general wellness products while being clear that our products do not offer any medical treatment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers at our Burlington Mall location
• Initiate conversations and educate customers about the Sidekick ankle exoskeleton and its benefits
• Conduct engaging, hands-on product demonstrations to showcase how wearable robotics support natural movement
• Provide exceptional customer service and create high-quality brand experiences
• Adapt presentations to different audiences and explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable way
• Track customer interactions, product demonstrations, and customer feedback
• Regularly report insights and trends to the Marketing team
• Support social media creation to enhance Dephy's brand (desired)

Requirements

• Passion for health, fitness, human performance, or wearable technology
• Background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, physical therapy, personal training, group fitness instruction, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of human movement and the gait cycle gained through fitness training, education, or related experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations
• Comfortable learning and becoming an expert on innovative technology
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while representing the brand professionally
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and interacting with customers for extended periods
• Experience using technology such as tablets, mobile apps, or point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Be a good human—get along with the team, build strong working relationships, and execute on Dephy's Values
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (this position is not eligible for sponsorship of an immigration case)

Schedule

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Desired schedule with some flexibility available:

• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay

Salary and equity will be determined based on qualifications ($26–$30/hour).
