Brand Ambassador (Events)

Part-time roles available for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Field Marketer, acting as a brand ambassador for Champion Product lines.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Door-to-door residential appointment setting
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
• Stay up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
• Display consistent reliability and availability
• Demonstrate professional time management
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown at events
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology
• Willing to travel up to 10%

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours
• Ability to walk for 4-8 hours

Pay

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission. High-performing individuals have the potential to earn between $15-$19 per hour, coupled with a monthly commission ranging between $750 - $1,500/week and above.
