Brand Ambassador AZ – Consumer Electronics Retailer Continuity Program

About the role

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

Responsibilities

Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. During each visit, in priority order:

• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.

• Chandler, AZ

Training

Training is required, paid, and delivered live virtually. Brand training session is scheduled for 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day). Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first in-store visit.

Compensation

• $24.00/hr
• Paid training
• Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing

Requirements

• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
