Job Overview Winston Retail is seeking energetic, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent our client at its Holiday Pop-Up located in Midtown NYC. In this role, you will serve as the face of the brand, creating memorable customer experiences while driving product awareness and sales.The ideal candidate is passionate about retail, enjoys engaging with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and engage all customers in a friendly, professional mannerBuild strong relationships with store personnel and customersEducate customers on the products, features, and brand storyDeliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experienceOperate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficientlyProcess customer transactions and assist with purchasesMaintain merchandise displays according to brand standardsRestock product inventory and monitor stock levels throughout each shiftEnsure the pop-up is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all timesPartner with our client to support teams on merchandising and operational tasksSupport training, merchandising, and setup activities prior to the pop-up openingSubmit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newerAndroid: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latestAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift Experience & Skills 1-3 years previous retail, brand ambassador, customer service, or sales experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage customers and build rapport quicklyComfortable learning and sharing product knowledgeExperience using POS systems or willingness to learnReliable, punctual, and professionalAble to stand for extended periods and perform light merchandising/restocking dutiesFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shopping periods Benefits Competitive hourly ratePaid online trainingFlexible scheduleOpportunities for advancement At Winston, we are ALL IN!
