Brand Ambassador

About the role

The Brand Ambassador represents and promotes the company’s products and brand image through direct customer engagement, in-store promotions, and marketing activities. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and delivering a positive customer experience while ensuring brand standards are consistently followed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate products to potential customers in stores, events, or activations
• Educate customers about product benefits, features, and usage
• Encourage product trials and generate sales or leads
• Maintain product displays and ensure promotional materials are properly set up
• Gather customer feedback and report market insights to the marketing or sales team

Requirements

• At least High School graduate or College level
• Experience in promotions is an advantage
• Good communication and selling skills
• Must represent the brand positively and professionally
• Confident in doing product demos
