Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers at the front door
- Check clients into class and respond to their inquiries
- Aid in planning special events, community-building activities, and in-studio challenges/contests
- Sell merchandise and memberships
- Connect and engage with members of the community before and after classes
- Rock and model Rumble retail/gear for social media
- Represent brand values inside and outside the studios
- Conduct studio tours while establishing relationships, targeting individual needs and wants
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community/hospital events) to promote the club
- Create and manage on-brand, creative content for social media channels
- Develop selling skills
- Report directly to management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, class packages, and retail
- Must respect all ages, races, genders, religions, and orientations
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Must be able to work at least 15-20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule required
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to-and-from work
- Must be willing to submit to background check and drug test
- Fluent in Spanish desired
