About the Role

• Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
• Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations—no selling required
• Represent one of the highest-rated brands in the industry
• Use this experience as a stepping-stone into management or a sales career

Requirements

• No prior experience required—training provided
• Self-motivated individuals who thrive on effort and results
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends (11am–7pm shifts, Wednesday–Sunday)
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken, with a love for human interaction

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotional activities

Pay

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
• Average first-year earnings: $50,000–$70,000/year
• Top representatives earn $80,000+/year
