Brand Ambassador

About the role

This is an entry-level, on-site position that represents a brand in person and creates positive customer experiences at events, retail locations, or community activations. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others. This is a hands‑on, in‑person position; it is not remote, and team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face‑to‑face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Initiate friendly face‑to‑face conversations with customers
• Explain brand offerings, promotions, and key messages
• Support demonstrations, events, and promotional displays
• Collect feedback and maintain professional brand standards
