Brand Ambassador

About the role

The Brand Ambassador will represent Morning Light in the San Diego Metropolitan Area (or somewhere else if you are a great fit), serving as a key face of the brand at on-site events, retail locations, and community activations and UGC style videos.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key face of the brand at on-site events, retail locations, and community activations and UGC style videos.
• Help build brand awareness by sharing the Morning Light story.
• Collect customer feedback.
• Support local marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create welcoming, positive interactions with diverse customers.
• Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to effectively represent Morning Light and communicate its mission and values.
• Clear and confident Communication skills to explain product benefits, answer questions, and share feedback with internal teams.
• Prior experience in field marketing, retail, hospitality, or event promotion is beneficial.
• Comfortable on camera, making TikToks and taking photos.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and handling product setup at events.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in marketing or brand promotion is a plus.
