Brand Ambassador

About the role

As an Event Brand Ambassador at Renewal by Andersen, you'll play a crucial part in our marketing team. Your responsibilities will involve setting up and breaking down event displays, engaging with attendees, and booking appointments with our design consultants.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event displays at home shows, concerts, farmer’s markets, etc.
• Engage with attendees and book an appointment with one of our amazing design consultants
• Educate consumers on product features and benefits in a friendly, no-pressure environment
• Learn and confidently communicate brand messaging and product knowledge

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience (Prior Events Experience is a Plus)
• Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Event Locations in the Area
• Availability to Work At Least 3 Weekends per Month
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
• Ability to set up, run, and break down events; and ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time with opportunities for breaks

Qualifications

• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
