Brand Ambassador
About the Role
Ed Castro, a family company of Mariani Premier Group, is looking for a Brand Ambassador to be the first point of contact with homeowners in an exclusive, high-end residential territory. You won’t be selling—you’ll be introducing the brand, building rapport, and setting the stage for our Business Developers to present offers. This role is ideal for someone with a sales background who thrives on face-to-face connections and wants to be measured on real results: appointments that actually happen.
We are open to full-time or part-time schedules. Ambassadors who consistently meet goals may advance into Business Developer or Client Representative roles based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Territory Canvassing: Work an assigned residential territory face-to-face.
- Deliver the Opening: Introduce yourself and the brand using the approved script; engage in warm, consultative conversation without quoting prices, discounts, or timelines.
- Qualify Through Conversation: Start with a genuine compliment, then ask 2–3 natural qualifying questions to learn about the household’s current provider and decision-makers.
- Capture Complete Lead Data: Record name, address, phone, email, best contact time, current provider(s), other decision-makers, and access notes (gates, dogs, intercoms) for every qualified contact.
- Book "Set Solid" Appointments: Schedule property walks that meet the "Set Solid" standard: right decision-maker, clear expectations, notes logged, held within three days, and confirmed twice (text + follow-up from Ambassador and Business Developer).
- Hand Off Cleanly: Brief the Business Developer with full notes to ensure a warm introduction; promise nothing beyond the property walk itself.
- Log the Full Funnel: Track every address, conversation, qualified lead, appointment, and outcome daily.
- Represent the Brand Standard: Maintain professional appearance, follow no-soliciting signs and local rules, park on the street, and leave every doorstep better than you found it.
- Engage Household Staff as Clients: Treat estate and house managers as decision-makers, not gatekeepers. Capture their name and role; a walk arranged through staff counts as a booked appointment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in direct sales, canvassing, hospitality, or another client-facing role; comfort engaging high-end residential clientele preferred.
- Professional presentation and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly and read social cues.
- Self-motivated and resilient; comfortable with rejection and repetitive door-to-door work.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a motor vehicle (MVR) check.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to start.
- Available during territory-approved field hours (typically mornings 8:00–10:00 a.m. and weekday mid-afternoon through early evening; never past dusk).
- Willingness to learn the assigned brand’s service offering, service area, and competitive landscape.
Work Environment
This is an outdoor, field-based role involving extended walking and standing in residential neighborhoods, in varied weather within safe operating conditions. Ambassadors work independently within an assigned territory and coordinate daily with a Business Developer for scheduling and lead handoff.
Pay
$28.85/hour with the potential to earn up to $124,000 total annual compensation including bonus.
