Brand Ambassador

About the Role

In this position, you will engage with potential customers through direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces. You will introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation, generate interest, and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations—no selling required! This role offers the opportunity to represent one of the highest-rated brands in the industry and serves as a stepping-stone into a career in management or furthering your sales career.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via in-person outreach in retail and event spaces
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers through conversation
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home product demonstrations
• Represent a top-rated home improvement brand

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Passion for career growth and learning sales/marketing strategies
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends (10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday)
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken, thriving in human interaction

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours/day)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for events
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and reach as needed during promotional activities

Qualifications

Prior experience is a plus but not required. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and are committed to providing training and career growth opportunities.

Pay

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses
• Average first-year earnings: $50,000–$70,000/year
• Top representatives earn $80,000+/year

Schedule

• Full and part-time roles available
• Currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday
