Brand Ambassador

Role: Brand Ambassador responsible for promoting a cannabis brand in the Columbia, MO area. Key Duties Visit dispensaries weekly to engage with staff, provide product education, and build relationships.Organize and staff at least 24 pop-up events per month to boost product sales and brand awareness.Distribute marketing materials, ensure proper display, and assist with merchandising and digital asset uploads.Develop rapport with dispensary management and budtenders, offering training and collecting feedback.Represent the brand at industry and community events, supporting marketing initiatives.Create content for social media and document activities using company tools. Qualifications & Skills 3+ years in cannabis, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods marketing.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently or in teams.Experience with CRM or field marketing software.Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintaining confidentiality.Valid personal vehicle and ability to travel within the territory.Excellent verbal skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Must be 21+ and comply with state-specific background check requirements.
