Brand Ambassador

This is an hourly, full-time position eligible for overtime and commission. Part-time hours are also available.

About the role

Join our field marketing team as a Brand Ambassador and engage directly with your community at hardware stores, grocery stores, farmers markets, and home shows. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors during the Spring season, with strong growth potential within the company.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the community to drive customer acquisition at retail locations and events
• Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at assigned venues
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments or other in-home visits
• Set up and break down event materials, including carrying a table and a 25-pound tent
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings, some of which are held in Charleston, MA
• Drive to events and tabling locations up to 1 hour away
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable traveling to territory locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay

$23 per hour plus weekly commission of $200–$500 or more.
