Brand Ambassador

This is an hourly, full-time position eligible for overtime and commission. Part-time hours are also available.

About the role

Join our field marketing team as a Brand Ambassador and engage directly with your community at hardware stores, grocery stores, farmers markets, home shows, and other fun events. This role focuses on customer acquisition and offers strong growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members at retail locations and events to promote HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program.
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments or other in-home visits.
• Set up and break down event materials, including carrying a table and a 25-pound tent (requires manual dexterity).
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings, some of which are held in Charleston, MA.
• Drive to events and tabling locations up to 1 hour away.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable traveling to territory locations up to 1 hour away (mileage is reimbursed).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay

$23 per hour plus weekly commission opportunities ranging from $200 to $500 or more.
