BRAND AMBASSADOR

About the role

The ideal candidate will represent Hollandia Dairy in a positive and professional manner, educate customers about our products/services, and engage with consumers at events and retail locations to enhance brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Educate customers about the company’s products/services, features, and benefits.
• Engage with consumers at events, retail locations, to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Distribute marketing materials, product samples, or promotional items.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key partners.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team.
• Generate content (photos, videos, posts) for social media campaigns when required.
• Report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and brand perception.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, approachable, and energetic personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with diverse audiences.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital engagement.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual.
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (depending on events).
• Some travel may be required.
• Reliable vehicle with a clean driving record required.

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is continuously required to stand, talk and hear;
• Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
• Frequently required to walk, sit, climb or balance;
• Occasionally required to lift/push/pull 50lbs;
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to focus.

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to outside weather conditions, cold and hot temperatures.
• Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and vibration, fumes or chemicals, and electricity.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud at times.

Pay

$20-22 per hour

Schedule

Part Time (5-10 hours a day)
