About the role

The Member Services Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests at our fitness centers. They assist with registration, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

• Welcoming and assisting members and guests
• Answering inquiries about membership benefits and services
• Processing payments and managing member records
• Ensuring cleanliness and safety of the facility

Responsibilities

Janitors/Maintenance staff are responsible for keeping the facilities clean and well-maintained. They perform daily cleaning tasks, repair minor equipment issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Daily cleaning of common areas and restrooms
• Repairing minor equipment and fixtures
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
• Reporting maintenance needs to supervisors

Requirements

For the Member Services Representatives, we require a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Qualifications

For the Janitorial / Maintenance roles, we require a valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience in janitorial/maintenance work is preferred.
