About the role

The Member Services Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests at our fitness centers. They assist with registration, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting members and guests
• Answering inquiries about membership benefits and facilities
• Processing payments and managing member accounts
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the fitness center

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Strong organizational skills
