Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through various channels to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
• Attend trade shows and events to network and showcase products.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Schedule
