Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person and online to promote brand products and services.
• Participate in events and community activities to build brand awareness.
• Collect customer feedback and provide updates to the marketing team.
• Manage social media accounts to maintain brand presence and interact with followers.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
