About the role

Join our dynamic team in Menomonie, WI as a Brand Ambassador. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to represent our brand and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person and online to promote brand products and services.
• Participate in community events and promotions to increase brand visibility.
• Collect customer feedback and provide updates to management.
• Manage social media accounts to maintain brand presence and interact with followers.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills including email and social media platforms.
