We are seeking an outgoing and personable Brand Ambassador to represent our company and products through direct customer engagement and promotional activities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating positive customer experiences, and developing communication, presentation, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and its products in a professional and positive manner.
• Engage directly with customers and prospective customers.
• Introduce customers to products, services, and promotional opportunities.
• Present product and service information clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
• Generate interest through friendly and informative customer interactions.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Participate in promotional events, community activities, and outreach initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers.
• Assist with promotional materials, displays, and product presentations.
• Follow up with interested customers when appropriate.
• Communicate customer feedback and observations to team members.
• Support individual and team sales objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused and goal-oriented.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required.
