We take pride in developing our team members through hands-on training in Management, Marketing, Sales, Communication, Customer Service, and Problem Solving. This position is in-person only (not remote). We’re seeking motivated, professional, and goal-oriented individuals who are ready to make a meaningful impact in their community while building valuable lifelong skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, delivering exceptional customer service in person.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of energy-efficient home improvements and company offerings.
• Assist customers in scheduling free home consultations with our specialists.
• Address questions, resolve minor concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from introduction to appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with interested homeowners.
• Represent the Ameritech Construction brand professionally at community events, trade shows, and retail big box stores.
